Alex is a character from Hotline Roblox that can take pills, increasing his max HP to 750, this does not stop him from getting killed by executions or melee, or the chainsaw, though. This makes him a medium-killing machine.

- Alex might have been the first original character in "Hotline Roblox" who's suffered from mental damage.
- This theory can be broken since these pills were used by "The Son" in "Hotline Miami 2", "The Son" makes an appearance in "Hotline Roblox", as most likely, a non-canon character.
- However, his overall purpose is to be a tank. Using the camera to zoom into Alex shows what he really is. He is able to use ALL the tactics of a weapon.
